The other day I enjoyed Tex-Mex food “Migas” (“crumbs” in English) which is the name used for a dish in Spanish and Portuguese cuisines and also in Tex-Mex cuisine.
Tex-Mex Migas are a traditional breakfast dish consisting of scrambled eggs mixed with strips of corn tortillas with variations of toppings.
While in Spain I often ate it the local way with leftover bread or tortas.

テキサス料理”ミガス”
オラ、アミーゴス！
（スペイン語：みなさんこんにちは）
この間、私のソウルフード、テキサス料理の”ミガス”を食べました。
”ミガス(migas)”は英語では”crumbs”（ちぎる）という意味で、スペイン、ポルトガル、そしてテキサスの料理にもこの名前がついています。
テキサスのミガスはとうもろこしのトルティーヤを刻んだものが入ったスクランブルエッグに色々なトッピングを乗せた伝統的な朝ごはんです。
一方スペインでは地元のスタイルのものをよく食べました。こちらは残り物のパンやトルタ（イーストを入れない平たいパンのこと）でできているものです。
