Hello there !! Recently I took advantage of the reduce highway fees on the weekend and national holidays. I took a drive to the neighboring island of Kyushu. That`s right I’ve always wanted to go to Costco in Fukuoka but never had the chance.. Costco is a wholesale membership store from the U.S.
It sells a large variety of U.S. brand food and general merchandise at everyday low prices . I loved the American feel to the place it reminded me of being back home in San Antonio.
I inclued some snap-shots of some of the food. The super size pizzas were so delicious at the food court . We are planning a tour to Costco and IKEA by charter bus in October, stay tune for more details..

ロバートは初めて、福岡のCOSTCOに行って
きました！
COSTCOとはアメリカ型の会員制の現金払い
卸売りという店舗です。“ホールセール”とは
“卸売り”のことで、業者だけでなく会員になれば
個人でも買い物ができる倉庫店です。
店舗面積は13000平方メートル、天井の高さ
8.5メートル。
そこに生鮮食品、加工食品、日用雑貨、家電、
医薬品などなど3500～4000アイテムが揃っており、
そのほとんどが箱売りか巨大サイズで売られて
います。
ショッピングカートもご覧のとおりビッグサイズ！
とってもアメリカ～ンな空間が広がっています。
店内にはアメリカンサイズのアメリカンテイストの
ファーストフード・コーナーもあり、ピザのサイズも
巨大でとってもテイスティー♪♪
ハワイかどこかに遊びに来たみたいな感覚に
なれてとっても楽しい場所でした。
周囲にはアウトレットモールもあり！
日本では”コストコ”と呼ばれていますが、実際の
英語での発音は”コスコ”といいます。
10月にはバスをチャーターして
“PA’ｓ KOBE Shopping Tour”を企画しました。
尼崎コスコと神戸ＩＫＥＡを日帰りでまわります。
